Hi, all. I volunteered to step in as host of the actual liveblog tonight, so let's get this party started right HERE in about, oh, fifteen minutes now, at 9:30 CST/10:30 EST, shall we?

Now, friends, I know this ep isn't a group favorite--and tbh I don't really actually even remember most of what happens in it--but HEY. IT CAN STILL BE FUN, 'KAY?! This rewatch will be over before we know it, so I'm all about drawing it out by even watching non-piloty S2 eps. And I mean, think about all those scenes with OTHER people (*sigh*) as times when Kara and Lee were off having SEXY TIEMS and everything's much better!! Or so I've always found. :D

Sorry about the lengthy rec hiatus there! To make up for it, I'll be making three pretty bare-bones (relative to what's out there) rec posts tonight: this one (covering all S2 pre-Home eps, since fic in this time period is more often about the Starbuck-and-Apollo-separated arc than about the events of a particular ep anyway), a post dedicated to Home I and II recs, and a Final Cut post to catch us up. Because it's going to take me quite a while to dig up and code a decent list of recs for all of those eps, I'm just going to make this whole process a kind of WIP. So there won't be much here tonight, but I will update the posts when I can, so be sure to check back in on them for more handy links. And hey, recs in the comments would definitely be a great help too, should you be so inclined. :)

Anyway, sticking with older stuff for now because I know it the best and am lazy enough that poking through whatimages' awesome but oh-so diverse rec list is about all I can handle atm!
