I will always be jealous of Gaius's house.

In any case, I think this is the first time his pseudo-projection things have slipped this far into real life. Like, in the miniseries and 33, for instance, he'd close his eyes and see Six, but in this case, he's moving around and talking to her and actually opens a door in house... which he quickly realizes is actually the door to his lab. I remember being totally alarmed the first time this happen. It shows how much he's slipping.
