We know a lot about Kara and Lee's family and friends, but are there important people in their lives that we never learn about in canon? Are there any important roles in their lives that you need an Original Character to fill?

What makes for a great OC in a Kara/Lee fic?

Can you recommend any fics that have OCs that you like?

I want a S1/S2 Starbuck show. That would be the best. :) (And it's why I'm really excited for Longmire too--Vic has all the hallmarks of early Starbuck with none of the trauma. I just wish SHE were the lead. Hee.)

Walt is SOOOO gonna be the Baltar of that show. The guy who has women throwing themselves at him and no one is sure why.

Ha ha! Oh gosh. I do have to say that I think they did cast well for Walt. Robert Taylor is definitely ruggedly handsome in that same way as Harrison Ford? I get a Ford vibe off him, at any rate.
