Hiya Shipper Nation,

Congratulations on our survival and ability to flourish over the past year!!  Thank you all for taking our girl's "fight 'em til we can't" and applying it to keeping the K/L torch burning in the face of adversity (aka RDM/poofing/poor writing/QoD fail ships, etc).  In honor of our one year "angst-puppy rating: infinity" anniversary, I bring you the ending we were supposed to see.  Courtesy of taragel:

Aw I understand. It does take a lot of time and energy. I get a bit obsessive about things, hence the OneTrack callsign. If I was a multi-fandom kind of girl, it would be different but I just have the one, so I want to keep love alive as long as I can, you know? I think you did a fine job with the DPP and I'm so glad everyone was excited about it and is checking in daily and willing to hop on and steer the train!

LOL at the callsigns...OneTrack fits you. I suppose Trooper fits me...I just keep chugging along and learning how to improve as I go. It's odd for me b/c usually I'm a perfectionist and I don't really do things I'm not at least reasonably good at doing. It's different when it comes to my Kara love (and my K/L love too) though. I find myself wanting to try new things...picspams, icons, vids...b/c I want to celebrate Kara/Lee so much that the perfectionism takes second priority behind just sharing the love. It's been a lot of fun this week!

I got stuck with OneTrack actually because I jokingly suggested that would be my callsign once in an email to Bee and Kiki and they were like "YES. DONE. YOU MUST BE OneTrack forever now!" Hee. It fits though.

Heh I'm definitely the same about perfectionism and not wasting time at stuff I don't feel I'm good at. But also yes, this little obsession has encouraged me to try different things. I hear ya, completely.
