I especially love the smirk on Katee's face when the towel drops. I might be blinded by the glint of the lights off my tinhat, but it looks more like Katee reacting than Kara in that moment. Which also begs the question: was that in the script or was Jamie just ad libbing?

(I'm supposed to be working. I can look away from the gif at any time. Like right now. I can click away and stop looking. I really can. Frak. I can't.)

Oh YA.... the only problem that i can find with Lee's clothes (except this strange blue sweater who doesn't exist in my world) is that they exist. they should just be whipped from existence.

well, maybe except the flight suit because he needs that for protection against stuff but the rest - has to go.

I couldn't find the picture, but one of my favorite looks on Lee is when he's talking to Kara during Razor. He's wearing his XO dress blues and it looks like he's not wearing underwear!

I love the blue dress, I really do (and I think I might be in the minority there) - BUT - everyone and their wingman was in their dress uniform for Colonial Day. Kara was the *only* military female in civilian dress. Which makes no sense, from a continuity angle. I know they wanted to shake up the viewers and get us to see Kara as a female rather than just Starbuck and to re-ignite the UST between Kara and Lee, I know I know, but from a "reality" standpoint, why would only Starbuck not be in uniform?

1) I remember liking her Cloud 9 outfit - totally blanking on episode names right now. I don't remember ever hating anything she wears...what she's wearing in the final flashbacks looks like something she just threw on, which feels right for her.
2) What he's wearing in the S4 pilot. YUM.
3) A leather jacket.
4) Shoulder holsters (one of my biggest kinks).

I really dug Lee's leather bomber-style jacket he wore in the Daybreak flashback. He just seemed like such a prissy little jock.

Also--Kara's outfit on New Caprica. Yeah I know...it's so weird but for some reason I just love it. The pants that are too short even though its freezing out. Still wearing her combat boots because she's got nothing else. The black tank top! The sleeveless sweatshirt! I love that it just looks like what you'd think a person would be wearing at the end of the worlds. A mix of her military stuff and whatever else she could barter for.

IMO, S2 had the best hair for both Lee and Kara. I really loved the length and look of Lee's hair and Kara's short ponytail, especially in Home.

(well, she can't be blamed for it since this is New Craprica, but I HATE those white socks and that jacket and trousers, and despite the fact that green is my favourite colour I hate that shirt too)

My Favourite Kara-Hair

It doesn't really get enough love, but Kara's hair in the UB flashbacks is the PRETTIEST. It's just long enough to be really lovely and feminine, but short enough to still have some swish, and I love the way it's a little bit rumpled.



I also love Kara's S3 post-haircut hair. Mostly, when women get short haircuts in movies/tv, it's to recover from something or make a break with the past - but in Kara's case, what I really, truly love about her chopping it all off in Torn was that she wasn't just trying to make a break with the past - she was trying to get back to who she once was.



I also have major love for Kara's hair through all of S2 except for the end of LDYB2(the ponytail! and it grew out so beautifully.)



And all of Kara's S1 hair, Katee is one of the few women who has a face that can pull off having it all slicked back like that:


And call me crazy, but I even love that hack job of a haircut she had in the mini.
