no_takebacksIf you’ve never read the New Yorker magazine, they have caption contests for each issue where their artist draws an obscure image and people try to come up with captions. Example:
So today, another sort of writing game! The images below (I’ll post them in comments) are familiar to all of us -- but what if you’d never seen them before? What if you knew vaguely who Lee and Kara were but not their history, not their angst. Write a caption or a drabble or a ficlet and tell us their story from scratch. It's not a competition, but suggest as many alternatives as you want!
(P.S. I’ll be in several hours of meetings this morning, so if any of you are inspired to post more screencaps, feel free to do)
