Well he wasn't talking to an officer anymore. Would he call him Mr. Delegate? Delegate Adama I guess.

Good point. Why not just Mr. Adama? Not like they were buddies on the flight deck, unlike, say, Tyrol. Though maybe that was part of the mutiny, but at that point seems like Gaeta was still trying to play it cool.
