I had never thought of this song in any pilot-related way before but I just got home, turned on the TV and and saw the last minutes of Notting Hill and it hit me. "She", by Elvis Costello. That is so Lee thinking about Kara. Anytime really, but especially after the poof.

And if there were any doubts about how biased I really am, they are all gone now. I can only think of songs that would somehow reflect the way Lee thought of Kara. LOL.
