This is lovely. I'm thinking it fits the Lee/Kara hug at the end of the Dance. Especially this phrase:

Forgiveness
Even if, even if you don't love me anymore

Yes, it is perfect.

But there other verses that make me think of other moments, as well. For example:

I got the call today, I didn't wanna hear
But I knew that it would come
An old true friend of ours was talkin' on the phone
He said you found someone
And I thought of all the bad luck, and the
struggles we went through
And how I lost me and you lost you
Of course, in their case there was no call, but these lines make me think of the moment Kara kisses Sam in front of Lee, after rescuing him from Caprica. He knew there was a guy, but it still hurt to see it with his own eyes. And their love story was all about bad timing and bad luck.

What are these voices outside love's open door
Make us throw off our contentment and beg for something more
This makes me think of when Kara left him in NC. She listened to the voices of fear and insecurity and threw off her contentment.

I'm learning to live without you now
But I miss you sometimes
The more I know, the less I understand
All the things I thought I knew,
I'm learning again
Lee on the Pegasus , trying to make things work with Dee,while she is on NC, married to Sam. It also fits Lee trying to accept she was gone after Maelstrom, or even the poof.

But my will gets weak and my thoughts
seem to scatter
That speaks to me about the affair. He was trying to do the right thing, but he couldn't resist temptation. The will (and the flesh, heehee) was not strong enough.

Since this fits so many, do you mind if we see where we need more songs to fill in the gaps? I think the one I'm seeing now is "I won't divorce and you won't cheat". Or at least somewhere in that arc, maybe? I'll know more when I try to put all of these songs together into a list....
