DPP: What happened next?

Hey y'all! It's Bonita_Chica71 a.k.a, Nicole. I'll be your "El Capitan" lolz. First off I'd like to apologize for not being involed more in the community this summer. Life in -big letters- happened this year but alas enough about that, onward to the fun stuff.

First activity of the week: Given that it's been over a year since we left our wonderful pilots and the like, it got me to thinking, if YOU could have YOUR OWN way, what would be the fate of the people of the fleet after the events of the finale? It can be anyone from anywhere in the Galactica-verse. It can be serious or cracktastic. Did they live happily ever after? Did they actually pull a fast one on us about the whole "death" thing? Or did the just do as Lee said "The least as humanly possible"?

I have never thought too much about what would have happened to the fleet survivors on Earth after the series. I never liked the fics I read that showed Lee becoming an hermit or something like that because this choice in his part implies a kind of defeatism that doesn't match the Lee I know and love nor the kind of resigned peace he seeemed to have reached. So I guess I totally agree with you there.

I loved your thoughts about Tigh and Ellen. That would be perfect.
