Yep, was supposed to Lee & Kara hurling toward the hard deck, admitting their love for each other, and pulling out at the last second.

I theorize TAB changed when Maelstrom changed. They needed to tie up the QoD before she "died." Also if they just put her with Lee having her kill herself would have made no sense.

So I've always blamed the decision to kill Kara for this episode. Cause and effect in reverse. Damn RDM.
