DPP: the end of the worlds?

Okay. leiascully and I were talking about this last night, and I thought it might spark some interesting discussion. All credit for this topic goes to her!

What would have happened to Kara and Lee if the Colonies had never been destroyed? If the worlds hadn't ended, would they have gravitated back to each other eventually, or would they have lived separate lives? What happens if Zak doesn't die in that accident? What happens if he does? Does Kara take the posting on Galactica? If so, when Galactica is decommissioned for real, where does Kara go? What about Lee? Does he leave the military? If so, what does he do?

I am interested in hearing all your thoughts! And by all means, continue the awesome discussion about Kara from yesterday.

Hmmm.... let's see. I have two grad courses, a write and gripe Helo fic, and Book 2 Officers' Club (and perhaps others) hanging over my head. While I'd LOVE to see this reality occur, I think you ought to go for it. (Though if you haven't done anything by the time I'm post Book 2, look me up :>)

Oh wait... I think I've already promised uberscribbler to write with him too... so add that to the list, then ask.

IKR?? When I started writing, I never thought I'd have too many fics to write - I was struggling to find ideas. Now? There's not enough time in the day!

When did you say you'll be posting Book 2? Hee. ;)

I'm thinking probably of starting end of July / start of August. But PLEASE... Do. Not. Hold. Me. To. This. (I actually have RL commitments too.) It's definitely on its way!

Book 2 is niggling at my mind lately; I have the urge to write at three in the morning. The trailer was an attempt to get rid of some of that energy. :>)

OK, here is a thought. You said before that working on the Officer's Club trailler helped motivate you to write your RL papers. Now that it finished (magnificently, by the way), I suppose you need another project to keep you motivated till July/August. Have you thought of making another trailler? One for Book 2?
