Hi you all my fellow K/L shippers! How’s the rewatch?

As you may have noticed, this week we haven’t posted the recap for “Act of Contrition” (one of my favorite eps of S1 and my personal Kara!epiphany, btw). Sorry, but some unavoidable and crazy RL stuff kept me away from LJ land most of this week. Sniff. So as the recap for "You Can' Go Home Again" was scheduled for this Wednesday 5th, I'll be posting a joint AoC/YCGOH discussion post then. Is it OK?

 

I promise to bring pilot finger-painting, pilot wing-waggling, and Kara suggesting that Lee bathe her *g* (and some Kara/Zak/guilt issues too—because I am an angst-whore like that ;)).

OMG, I am just writing the post right now and this is turning out to be... so thick and wordy and meta-ish --let's face it, I can't write anything light and succinct when it comes to pilots ;)

And I started my holidays yesterday but I haven't had much time to enjoy them (yet), I have so much to do before I leave... But at least I don't have to go to work, which is... fantastic (btw, I hope your new job is treating you well. I know from personal experience how stressful can be working so many hours).

(Btw Heather, just A brief update... I eventually got S4.5 DVD's --it is pathetic, I will be getting the whole series in Blu-Ray for my birthday in October but... I wanted that cover and having pilots side my side on my self. Sigh. Stupid fangirl ;P. Oh, and I got S4 soundtrack too. I couldn't help myself. Bear's music is *g*).

*hugs you* Sorry for the late response. I've been lurking for the last couple of days, just was in a strange mood.

Okay, I know I've told you this before, but I am still so in love with that icon. The coloring is really lovely!

Anway, I saw your AoC/YCGHA post! I'm waiting to read and comment until I've watched those. Annnnd the reason I haven't watched yet is I'm trying to convert my friend and neighbor to pilots love! (Don't know that she's really feeling it, at least not yet) So I've been getting her caught up, and now we're at those two eps. As soon as we watch them, I'll be there. :)

Oh, holidays. Aren't they wonderful? Mmmm. I hope you're taking some time for yourself, missy, and just relaxing! You deserve it. Not having to work was a good start, but I just hope that by now you're having lots of fun.

The new job is stressful. You're right, it's hard getting used to those hours. I just feel tired all the time, and jealous of people who get to have fun on the weekends. So I feel like I'm not a very nice person at the moment. Yuck. Hope I settle into it all soon.

Well, Sonia, what can I say?! I'm glad I'm not the only one who is a silly fangirl. Despite my feelings for 4.5, I just...had to have it. Weird. And I'll probably get the whole series on Blu-Ray one day too just because the show is so pretty in high def.

I just got my S4 soundtrack!!! I am in love with it. For some reason, Gaeta's Lament is probably my favorite song right now. Not exactly sure why, since I didn't even like it that much when it was in the show! And of course I also love "Farewell Apollo" and "Kara Remembers." It's not Bear's fault the writing was so disappointing--he did an amazing job with the music!
