Hi! I only joined this LJ a couple of days ago so am completely new to the place :) I bought the DVD box set of BSG at the end of last year and watched it over a few of months (started off watching it with my Dad but ended up getting too eager to watch the next ep and saw the last two seasons in about a week :P). I've been making icons for various icontests for a few months now and finding my way around other LJ sites :) I was hooked on Lee/Kara from the miniseries and never expected the whirlwind it would take me on!

Thank you! I think I won the first one I entered, but haven't been as lucky since, lol! I go through phases with textures, I forget about them for a while, then remember and have to use them on everything :P

I was hooked on Lee/Kara from the miniseries and never expected the whirlwind it would take me on!

YES, so much THIS! They took me completely by surprise. I had never really been all that into scifi, or tv in general, and then all of a sudden...BAM! I can't live without them. Maybe we could all check into a rehab program together and just rewatch and squee the days away...not very effective rehab, but tons of fun!

Great icons, btw, I so need to learn how to do them!
