Master Prompt List Posted for Brainstorming & Discussion: Nov 30th
Submission Post Opens: Dec 1st
Check-in Post: Dec 15th
All fanworks should be posed by Dec 31st
Rules:
+ Create and post brand-new pilots-centric fic, icons, graphics, fanmixes, videos, meta or any other fanwork!
+ No fanwork is too big or too small! All new pilots works are appreciated!
+ Feel free to take inspiration from the prompts post or just run with ideas of your own. Prompts do not have to be holiday-centric.
+ Everyone can post at their own leisure to the submission post once it opens on December 1st
+ The sign-ups and check-in are mainly to help keep us all on track to produce something. Obviously there's no real penalty if you don't follow through, but if you do signup, the lack of size restrictions should make it possible for everyone to submit at least one thing in the month of December.

- Lee is serving on Pegasus when the attacks happen. When Kara sees Lee six months after the attacks, he's barely the man she remembers.
- AU: Kara has accepted advanced payment for a contract killing. Once the money is wired into her account, she's horrified to discover that her target is Lee Adama.
- There's a new driver on the NASCAR circuit and she's supposed to be hot shit. Lee begs to differ.
- A little romance with your coffee?
- Kara and Lee are reunited after Bill's death (five years after Zak's)
- Lee finds himself attracted to his new CO
- Lee has been recruited to serve on the Academy's Review Board and his first case involves a young hotshot cadet

Kara's or Lee's birthday is the same as solstice holiday.
Academy fic, AU or loosely cannon, some angst, UST, but warm & fuzzy pilots ending...
Zac and Kara are stationed on Galactica, they used to date but broke up and Zac is dating now dating Dee. Lee comes to do the decommissioning ceremony with his brother. Zac is part of the Viper squadron that gets annihilated by the Cylons, Lee still escort for Rosalin. Some angst, bit of UST and happy pilots! ending.
UB takes place during the holiday week. Special gifts for each other. New Years resolutions to divorce their spouses. Lots of out making and steam :).
Kara talks to Ellen instead of Saul on New Caprica after her night with Lee and Ellen encourages her to follow her heart and take what she can, while she can. Kara moves in with Lee on Galactica, but refuses to leave Sam and Saul/Ellen on NC and forms a plan to go back...will Lee or Admiral Adama resist or lead the charge?

Date: 2012-11-30 01:45 am (UTC)The writer's original idea for Maelstrom--Kara and Lee get trapped under the hard deck and it looks like there is a way for only one of them to survive if the other sacrifices themself. Kara will sacrifice herself for Lee, and they talk about their relationship issues first, but at the last minute, he comes up with a way to save them both.
Any variation/combination of these people being cylons: Kara, Lee, Dee, Sam
Any kind of situation where Lee actually picks up Kara and carries her somewhere
After Kara returns in the raider from the Red Moon, Lee keeps lurking/secretly following her, being all mother hen-like and protective and worried, and Kara figures it out and catches him and makes fun of him but then does something sweet to prove she *gets* it and okay, maybe kinda don't-tell-anyone likes it
Lee backs up Kara when she shoots Admiral Cain--what happens next?
A latecomer to the Academy, Lee is Kara's student instead of Zak... (aka a TOP GUN crossover? LOL! Bonus points for shirtless volleyball with Lee and Helo)
Kara helps Lee make friends when he's new to Galactica
A fic about friendship or working together that maybe has some UST (because when don't they) but is mostly about their friendship and how they become mom/dad to pilots.
