Here's How it Works!
1) In one comment below (please), you can post links to up to five fanworks that you have created featuring pilots.
They can be anything from:
Graphics -- Icons, Headers, Wallpaper, Manips, Picspams, etc.
Fic, Fic commentaries, or Meta
Videos or Filks
Cracktastic goodness
Other creative bits I haven't thought of
2) Someone else comes along and claims one of your links, and in "trade", they will make a fanwork based on that item. It does not have to be the same kind of fanwork as the original. Therefore, you could make a set of icons based on someone's story, or a video based on a graphic, or write a commentary or a sequel on a fic, or make a picspam based on... you get the picture!
3) Post it here by the end of the week (or kindly ask the person you claimed it from if you can have more time, in case you're creating something epic). Link from your own LJs if it's a picspam or fic/meta that's especially long, if you don't mind.
4) Have fun trading!
I'm kind of making this up as I go along, but ask questions in the first thread as per usual!
ETA: Just post links for the five items you're offering initially -- to keep things tidy. But when you create a new item in trade, if it's a graphic or vid or short fic, you can post it in full here, you don't have to link to it. For longer things like fanmixes and long fics, you'll probably still want to put them on your journal for easier posting then link to them here. Sorry I didn't make that more clear!

I lied to him. We hadn’t been together long, but I was falling for him. He hadn’t had an easy childhood, and had a hard time trusting, but I knew that one day he’d let me in, love me too.
I did finally understand him, but that was why I lied. He’d been hiding his emotions, shielding himself. I told him I might be pregnant, and for one moment the shield fell and...and he didn’t love me. Barely even knew I was there. So I lied, and I left him. But no, he wasn’t a bad man, your father.

I’m surprised you even remember him. Those were dark times, and we all did what we had to do to survive. I was never quite sure what he wanted with us--bringing you medicine and that hideous doll.
He was one of the only ones who...Well. You’re old enough to hear, I suppose. Some of them just wanted a body, pleasure. Some of them were missing girls they loved. And he loved somebody. It wasn’t me, but he liked to pretend it was, and I kind of liked it, too. When it’s dark you’ll take even the reflection of light.

When did I fall in love with Daddy? Lee, shut up! I fell in love with him slowly. And all at once. Over and over again. How’s that for an answer?
When I was little my dad left me, and my mom wasn’t a very good mom to me. But Daddy--from the very first day we met, there was no shaking him. Or me either, and we both knew it. Oh, we messed things up and ran away from each other, and messed up some more. But the people you really love? They’re with you forever. They’re all that matters.
