I love chatting about pilots! In-person pilot discussions are the best, but this game is also very fun for getting to know a lot about your fellow shippers' attitudes and feelings about pilots. It's a question and answer game and it's super addictive!

The Tennis Match:
1. Shippers comment saying they'd like to play Pilot Tennis.
2. Other members of the comm respond with a pilots-related question (one per comment). The more questions, the more conversations you'll be in.
3. Answer the questions given and ASK ANOTHER QUESTION in your reply.
4. Players alternates questions until... forever! (And expect lots of conversations running simultaneously! Your inbox will be busy!)

I suspected SOMETHING right from the miniseries brig, of course, and was totally fascinated by them. But I fell hopelessly in love and really started shipping them in KLG when Lee got all jealous asshole and they hit each other. I was like HOLY CRAP THESE ARE MY PEOPLE! <3

I think she believed it at the time but it was fueled by an actual fear of committing to Lee and their relationship. She wasn't ready.

For sure. At least a handful of times if not a whole bunch. I like to pretend there was a very rich back story there between the three of them filled with dinners and drinking and a few more almost slips.

I've never been quite sure that Zak did propose. I guess it's the simplest explanation but I've always had it in the back of my mind that they'd talked about it but that maybe it hadn't actually happened yet. We don't know what was in the letter Adama received from Zak. He might have been hinting about moving in together or something else. (Wishful thinking and probably not the answer you were hoping for!)

Were Zak and Lee actually close as brothers?

If they were in the same circles in an AU, I doubt it. Lee's not the best at making friends and they just seem like very different people. IDK, maybe if Sam really reminded him of Zak, it could have happened. In the show, without Kara, no Sam in the Fleet.

I think Zak felt close to Lee, confided in him and so on, but Lee didn't really confide in Zak. He was more the caretaker, and tried not to let his brother see his worries and stresses.

How did Zak describe Lee to Kara?

She'd been fighting for so long, and had become so isolated, and she was reminded of the fact that she'd never really feared death. She believed strongly in the afterlife, and for a moment she just wanted to rest.
