DPP: Wish Upon A Star

Hey shippers! It's that time again! Now that pilots_presents gift exchange has posted its final gift (reveals are tomorrow!), it's time to wish for more!!!





TO MAKE A WISH (You can make a wish without promising to fill one!)
1. Make one wish per comment, up to three wishes per person. (Please number your wish IN THE SUBJECT LINE, e.g. WISH #1, WISH #2. This helps me keep track.)
2. You may wish for anything that's possible to create in just a few days (ficlet, drabble, icon, manip, song, poetry, GIF, wallpaper, etc.).
3. BE SPECIFIC. As an icon maker and writer, it can be difficult to fulfill a prompt to someone's liking if it is too vague.
4. Expect that only one of your wishes might be granted. (I'll make sure everyone gets at least one!)
5. Stare at the stars anxiously waiting for your wish to be granted.
6. ENJOY YOUR FULFILLED WISH!

TO GRANT A WISH
1a. Claim a wish with a comment: "I will grant this wish". (Only one person may grant a wish.)
1b. If you are willing to grant more than one wish, spread the love around to multiple wishers.
2. Sprinkle your magic fairy dust and create create create...
3. Post your creation or a link to your creation as a comment to the wish.
4. If you are going to be unable to grant a wish you've claimed, please delete the claim comment.
5. Gifts are due by Sunday, the 11th, but earlier would be better!
6. ENJOY THE PRAISE!

Please don't rec fics or graphics that already fill the wish. If someone is requesting something that exists (e.g., like requesting a manip of Kara and Lee as jedis) just skip it or make another one! :D

“Lee’s asked me to marry them,” Bill says smiling.

“Don’t do it!” In the moment after the words leave her lips, Kara’s eyes go wide in shock that she’s spoken aloud. Her words seem to hang in the air all around her, colored by shame and love and regret.

“He just wants to be happy,” Bill says, frowning at her. He looks over her shoulder. “There you are, son, I was just telling Kara the good news before she musters out.”

Kara turns slowly, her heart pounding. Lee is staring at her, eyes dark with rage, and she knows he’s heard everything.

“Would you give us a minute, Dad?” Lee says without breaking eye contact.

Adama looks between them for a moment, then heads out of the war room. “Find me when you’re done, we’ll talk about the ceremony.”

“What the frak, Kara!” Lee shouts the moment the door closes. “You married Sam!” He seems to run out of words there, and just stares at her, his eyes haunted.

Kara closes her eyes. “I know.” She hears her voice waver, and for a moment she thinks of the wild joy on his face back on the beach, of the light in his eyes as he planned out their future. “Don’t do it,” she says again, begging, unable to look at him.

The hatch slams, and Kara opens her eyes. Lee is gone. She’s never felt more alone in her life.

I hope I'm not too late, but I need some cheering. I would love to see some post-canon Kara/Lee + Bill/Saul family fic. No-poof or coming back from it, makes no difference to me. I'd just love to see these four all together. :)
