Let's bring out the worst...

We often talk about pilots’ bests – their best quality, their best scene, their best kisses, hugs, looks and so on.

They are far from perfect, though.

So, what about their worst? What would you say was:

- Lee’s worst flaw?

- Kara’s worst flaw?

- the worst  thing Lee ever did (to Kara, to himself and/or to others)?

- the worst thing Kara ever did (to Lee, to herself and/or to other)?

- Lee’s worst line in the show or his most OOC moment?

- Kara’s worst line in the show or her most OOC moment?

- the worst thing that was ever done to them?

- Kara's and Lee's worst look ever?

- their bestest moment, their most redeemable trait  or action, the one thing about them which makes us forget  all the bad stuff, no matter what (because we love them after all and we must never lose sight of that, right) ?

On a side note, if you still haven't sent your love to that writer you love or if you've come up with a great fic rec, please don't hesitate to do so. ;)

See the UB moments I can more understand from her, just knowing her habit of panicking and running. The Sam-intro she may have had a reason for but it was deliberately mean in a way I just don't like. :( Both of them were awful to watch.

And he was totes going to! She just messed up his VERY slow timeline with her silly Caprican romance with Mr. vanilla guy.

I think deep down the reasoning between her actions in both scenes (the flaunting of her relationship with Sam and running to marry him) are basically the same - she was scared and wanted to push Lee away in order to protect both of them (Kara herself and Lee, I mean). What makes the UB scene worst is the fact she had (finally) given in to her feelings the night before and therefore Lee was so happy and hopeful and was caught completely unaware. Besides, although marriages can be undone, they have this "there's no going back" aura. They are supposed to be definite. After her "weakness" the night before, she needed something stronger, more damaging and definitive to push Lee away. She needed to hurt him more, so he would STAY away.
