Kara looked from her canopy out onto the dark of space and to Lee's smiling face.

Flashes from the night before (his smiling eyes, so close) washed over her (warm hands on the small of her back) and she didn't think about how goofy her face must be until she caught Lee looking at her like she'd sprouted a second, albeit adorable, head.
