This whole scene is part of what generated my head!canon that he spends every spare moment in sick bay being all flustered and hovering around her bed. His hand on her back (or just barely not touching her? nobody knows) when he's babbling to take her mind off the pain. And how when Tigh manages to kick her ass out of bed later in the ep, Lee is designated crutch-boy. Just... oh god, this was right after I started shipping them too and I think I nearly overdosed. They got the hook in me real good.

That is my head!canon too! I wish we'd gotten more of bedside!Lee, there is no way that was his first time at her side in sickbay. And he is the absolute cutest.
