Two women in a scene having a conversation together not talking about a man. (Though I like to amend it to say not talking romantically about a man, because in Buffy they talk about men mostly because most of the villains are men.)

There are not very many friendly scenes between the women. I mean other than Kara/Boomer which immediately gets called into question. We don't see many female friendships

No there isn't, but there isn't too much male friendship either except for the Adama/Tigh bromance. There're more mixed gender friendships, which I like alot. But the fact is when women are in a room together talking most of the time it's not about men, romantically.
