I actually hated when they bounced his personality back and forth like that... he never struck me as dumb/dense until they made him a cylon. Kinda ironic, no?

Also I never realized before his not being able to shoot could have been the same as the Raider not being able to shoot. Although I do think his place as one of the five had something to do with it.

My fascination with Gaius always over rules everything else. I honestly think the writers did an amazing job with his character arc. The man is worse than a cat! He has like 20 lives!!!
