All the talk of resolutions over the past few days got me wondering: What kinds of resolutions, if any, would Kara and Lee make for themselves? Perhaps more fun, what resolutions would they make for each other?

Date: 2011-01-04 02:39 pm (UTC)Lee might be introspective enough to do a "serious" one. Post UB/EoJ, he'd probably resolve to try harder in his marriage to Dee *gag*, try to be a better husband, more focused on Dee, etc. Back around Colonial Day/KLGI, though, he just might have promised himself to not let Kara get away so easily the next time. In my imagination, alpha!Lee vows to frak her silly if she returns safely from Caprica. He will, of course, chicken out when she gets back because she throws him so off balance.
For each other, Kara would want Lee to take the stick out of his ass and live a little, try to have fun without overthinking everything. Lee, on the other hand, would want Kara to think things through for a change.
Secretly, though, Lee really wants Kara to wake up and see what she has right in front of her. And Kara wishes Lee would just take a chance and make a move, since she knows she'll never be brave enough to do what she did in Scar a second time, knowing it means more than sex to him.
Hmm... Plot bunnies, off the port bow! :)

I don't think Kara would be the resolution type, but maybe cuz she's just so frakking happy (for once & for realz), she'd resolve to get out of her own way and just enjoy the ... er ... ride. *snicker*
