We're here! The closing chapter of our little RPG experiment. It's been fun to read and write along with you all. I hope everyone has enjoyed it too! Maybe we can do it all again another time with another section of BSG history or even move on to something AU.

Before we get going with our closing act lets catch up with what's happened in the NT RPG-verse!

and now for the conclusion we move on to "The Eye of Jupiter" (Summary via Battlestar Wiki)

The fleet has finally started the harvesting operations on the Algae planet. Both military and civilians are working together to get the algae packaged and back on the ships. Major Adama leads the operation on the ground and situations become tense when both Dee and Sam are planetside with him. With their relationship still new, Starbuck and Apollo take advantage of every opportunity to see each other. Lee schedules Kara on as many Raptor runs as he can to and from the planet. Meanwhile, Chief Tyrol senses something greater lies in the undiscovered hills of the planet and goes exploring. The sacred Temple of Five is found and with it "The Eye of Jupiter" another marker on the road map to Earth. Soon the Cylons join the party, Boomer tells Athena that Hera is alive, and the Cylons begin to use force to gain possession of the Temple and the Eye.

thegreenkitty is going to be offline for awhile so if anyone is interested in picking up Cottle let me know! Until we can get someone to play and move him around any use of Cottle has to be in Sickbay. So if you're character ends up there you can mod him for the purpose of your scene. Baltar is free as well since we know he makes his return to the fleet in this episode.

EDIT: Anyone character not assigned a role player can be godmodded at this point as long as the character appears in a practical place according to the episode. (example: Gaeta must stay on the G since he never went planetside)

The RPG post for "The Eye of Jupiter" will remain active and open until 11:59PM EST Sunday. Please let me know if your character will be unable to check in any of those days and if so, we'll try and work something out.

Kara let out a bright laugh as she nipped at his earlobe. "Aw, come on, Lee. You're telling me this isn't your new favorite vacation spot? The fresh air, the tropical sun..."

Kara arched into him, sliding her hands down his back. She couldn't get enough of his hands on her body. Her mouth fastened on his neck, nipping and sucking at the salty skin there as she threaded her fingers through his belt loops and pulled his groin flush against hers.

Lee grinned and thought Kara's laughter was probably his favorite sound in the whole damn worlds. Well...maybe second favorite, he amended. She sounded pretty good moaning his name too. Quickly, he slid his hands into positions that improved his chances of hearing that happen.

"The clouds of dust everywhere, the having to shower three times a day--" he nipped at her skin, licked at the sweat already beading in the arid air. "ALONE. Yeah, it's a real frakking paradise."

Lee spun, pushing Kara back against the raptor console, and pressing himself against her from head to toe. His hands flew to her face and he cupped her jaw and kissed her thoroughly, catching the tongue sliding between his lips and sucking gently, his hips rocking harder into hers in promise.

Kara moaned into his mouth as she felt him grinding his hips into hers, feeling how hard he was even through layers of clothing. "Frak," she murmured in his ear, pulling him closer, unable to stand any distance between them. She hooked her foot around his calf rubbing her thigh against his.

It was unfair, she thought. Unable to do much more than a quickie in the raptor every few days. "When is this godsdamned mission going to be over?" she hissed, threading her fingers into his hair.

"Not frakking soon enough," Lee groaned, his hands sliding down to her waist and shoving the sticky vinyl flightsuit lower, over her hips. He reached one arm up and hit the button over Kara's left shoulder, and slipped his free hand into her briefs, fingers stroking slick folds even before the hatch was fully shut behind them. She was wet for him already, skin hot to the touch and this alone, was enough to send his blood racing. He dragged two fingers up then down the damp cleft, then pushed into her body, crooking slightly as he plunged deeper. Desire heightened his impatience, made him rougher than he'd meant to be, but from the sounds Kara was making and the way she was moving against him, she didn't seem to mind. "I think we've got," he bent his head, mouth trailing down over her chest, "another week or so," he slid his tongue into the valley of her cleavage matching the rhythym of his hand inside her, "before we pull out."

"Not soon enough," she groaned. Kara struggled to kick her way out of her flightsuit, but she was too distracted by Lee's mouth on her skin and his fingers thrusting roughly inside her. These are the memories she savored, lying alone in her rack at night, slipping her hand against herseld, playing back memories of Lee's hands on her body--the fact that she could indulge herself in those sense memories withou bitter regrets attached was the greatest luxury she could ask for short of having him in bed with her.

Sometimes in a weak moment if the time apart would make Lee come to his senses and end this, but that was all washed away when he was touching her like this.

She cursed loudly and colorfully, thrusting her hips against his hand. So good. So frakking good. She closed her eyes, head tipping back as she groaned. "Gods, Lee--unhh--Need you so bad."

He dragged his mouth from her skin and lifted his head. For a moment, Lee just watched her face, eyes fluttered shut, lips parted as he twisted his wrist, pushing deeper. The veins in her neck stood out in stark relief as Kara groaned and he wasn't sure she'd ever looked more beautiful.

But then again, he thought that every time. Lee captured her lips, smothering them with his own as he slipped his hand out of her warmth, peeled the briefs down her thighs and quickly manuevered out of his own clothing. He grasped her leg, hitched it high on his hip, and slid home, burying himself inside Kara with a noise of relief. He sagged against her for a minute, but immediately her hands were pulling, urging him to move.

He obliged. Short, sharp thrusts had him grunting with the pleasure of feeling Kara tightening around him. This wouldn't last long. She was panting in his ear and he was so lost in the rhythm that he couldn't even kiss her properly. Just pressed his lips to her skin and pumped hard, straining for the bliss of release.

Kara could feel climax spooling within her just from Lee's fingers alone. She had been so close when he pulled his hand away that she couldn't stop the groan of protest that followed. But she didn't have to worry, seconds later his pants were off and his cock was buried deep inside her. It took some encouragement to get him moving but a tug at his hips was like pulling a trigger. She wrapped her legs tight around his waist as he pounded into her making her see stars.

Kara panted loudly in his ear, hands scrabbling at his shoulders, nails digging into his skin. She was so close, so franking close. And then he shifted going a little faster and a little deeper and she was gone, screaming his name asirgasm slammed through her.

His arms tightened around Kara as she climaxed, and his own orgasm punched through him, prompting a long shattered groan. Satisfaction flooded his system and he slumped, breathing hard. Lee kissed Kara's temple, brushed his lips down to her mouth and presed lightly.

He didn't want to move. Wanted to stay here, just like this, all godsdamned day. But he was on duty technically, and people would be waiting for his return. Waiting to load the processed algae onto the raptor. Frak. Reluctantly he untangled himself from Kara and they hauled their clothes back on. He reached out and opened the hatch, then slid his palm against Kara's cheek, thumb rubbing her skin softly. "One more week."

"You better get these assholes to hurry up," she said, reaching up to kiss him lightly. Kara hated this waiting game, and even more she hated being up on Galactica alone. Especially with the Admiral in the fine mood he had worked himself into.

She grimaced at the thought. Never did she regret going against the Old Man's warning not to get involved with Lee, but at the same time she knew he was not a man to be crossed. She had certainly done enough in her life to be on thin ice with him, and even if he hadn't confronted her on the rumors over the last few weeks, she knew she would be in for it one of these days. "Not looking forward to going back."

Lee knew why. If there was one good thing about being planetside, it was not having to see his father's patented frown of disapproval at the morning briefings.

"Hey," he said softly, twining his hand in hers. "Come 'ere." Lee took a step back and dropped into the ECO chair, then pulled Kara down onto his lap. "Listen to me, alright? I don't care. I don't." He shook his head adamantly. "I don't give a damn what he thinks about this. About us."

He reached for Kara's hand, threading his fingers through hers and squeezed it. "It took us way too godsdamned long to get here, but we're together now." Lee smiled. "And I'm not letting you go ever again. I don't care if my father commands it. Hell, i don't care if the frakking Lords of Kobol themselves come down here themselves and demand it." He brought their interwoven hands to his mouth and kissed her knuckles, then smirked a little. "You are mine now, Kara Thrace."

For all she complained about Lee and his need for fancy words, she had to admit that no one had talked to her like she was the greatest thing in the worlds before. No one she trusted, she quickly amended and pushed the thoughts out of her head. She leaned in and kissed Lee, softly pressing her lips to his and holding his hand to her chest. "I think you got it the other way around," she said with a grin. "Your ass is mine, Lee Adama. Just have to figure out where I can stick my name on it."

It was true. Even if the Admiral outright forbade them to be together she wouldn't follow that order. She just wished it didn't have to come to that. Sighing, she reluctantly slid off his lap. "Don't you have some lackeys that'll be wondering where you went off to?"

He looked at Kara, taking in her sweat-spiked hair and flushed skin, lips still slightly swollen from their intense coupling and figured, his lackeys would have an awfully good idea where he'd been and what--who?--he'd been doing. Not like they didn't all suspect it anyway.

Slowly, Lee got to his feet. The burdens of command had never been more keenly felt.

"C'mon," he said, palm on her back as he steered her out the hatch. "You can growl at a few of them. It'll make you feel better."
