I don't understand it either. And I haven't anything against Sam as a character --even though I always felt he was too unidimensional for my tastes--, but I despise the K/S dynamic in S3 and S4. And I never thought Kara should be with both... mainly because I always felt that although Kara cared for Anders, Lee was the one she really wanted.
