With the return of the rewatch (and don't forget, this week's rewatch of LDYB I will take place SUNDAY at 10 PM EDT), we return you to your regularly scheduled recs as well. And, oh, finale fic, how I love you...

Please keep in mind, folks, that this is only the tip of the iceberg that is 2.19 & 2.20 fic, and that I am well aware of this. There is a vast amount of truly awesome fic out there concerning (and/or taking off from) these two episodes. Wow, great list! I was tickled to see several of mine here, along with some of my favorites as a reader. I should probably give a warning, though, that "Essential" is definitely a Kara/Sam fic -- there is some K/L in it, but it's along the lines of UB but without the emotional resonance. ;) And "Plural Possessive" is sort of a threesome fic without being an actual threesome, in that both men are on equal footing in Kara's mind.

Just thought some of y'all might want to know that in advance. :)

Good points--I've added in some tags to make sure readers are aware of that ahead of time. (Though I just re-read "Essential" yesterday, and I have to say I was still happy to read it as being all about the Kara/Lee, though Kara does have her moments with Sammy. But then, I do tend to live in my own little bubble when it comes to Kara/Lee vs. Kara/Sam, especially now. ;) )

Oh, my pleasure. Thank *you* for writing. I'm so grateful to everyone in the fandom who has kept and will keep the characters alive through fic. The rec lists I put together are as much for my own benefit as anything--I love all these fics to pieces and will often re-read them, so having links to them in one convenient place is nice. :)
