Weekend picspam and round-up

First of all I'm so very sorry for not posting yesterday. RL sort of made it impossible. 

For today I was thinking of something easy and soft: a picspam - we never have enough of those - so pics, any kind of pics with the pilots on them  - caps, manips, icons, banners, etc.... and of course the round-up..... this week's topics:
we talked about pilots living in the moment, about what movies they would prefer, their destinies and our ships before the pilots. Feel free to go and jump in those discussions at any time.
