I love that pilots are each other's friends, even aside from everything else they are and feel for each other. It makes the romance that much more heartbreaking.

Even when she's off her game and half crazy from grief and alcohol, Kara's got the instincts of an ace. Kat never even thought for a second that wasn't Scar, it was Kara who did.

Grace Park is so good in this scene (her expressionwhen she catches herself on the 'have we lost'), and Katee's face is just destroying me.

GAH the 'you were all hardcore until you met Anders' rubbish. I know Helo's never known Lee and Kara together and did see her and Anders more on Caprica, but the show trying to sell me on this doesn't work unless one realises it's not who he is that matters to her, it's what he symbolises.

yes, the whole Sam thing makes sense only if we put him in context with everything that Kara is and does. Just by himself, no sense.

It's just heart-wrenching to watch him stand by and plot out the destruction of BB in his own head, he didn't even need to see DRADIS to know how it was going to happen.

The only flaw in that scene was that we didn't see ALL THE KISSING AND THE CLOTHING REMOVAL that happened between the rec room and their quarters.

(and even in the middle of this, as she's trying to push him away, he has to be her friend. This is why I could never buy the idea of other love interests being their OTP)

Oh goodness Kara's face.....

The flickering lights are so gorgeous, but they just make it even sadder..

She does have a pattern of getting suicidal in the cockpit over dead lovers, but it doesn't make it any less heartbreaking.

of course he does. it's like a little too obvious. I don't think that they did it on purpose but they did used it for those promotional photos for season 4 or something.
