- If you choose Truth, someone gets to ask you a BSG-related question about yourself (e.g. How would you feel if in Daybreak we found out Kara and Lee were secretly married that whole time?).
- If you choose Dare, someone will give you a ficlet prompt (e.g. Secret marriage).
- Choosing Double Dog Dare gets you a prompt for something R to NC-17 rated. Just because I’m pretty sure that’s what Kara thinks it means. ;)
- *BONUS OPTION* (in beta) - Promise to Repeat I don't know if you all played this way as children, but when I was little the sing-song of the game went "Truth, dare, double dare, promise to repeat." So for an extra variation, if you choose Promise to Repeat, then someone can leave you a word or phrase or sentence and you have to use it in a drabble/ficlet exactly as is.

Through the Storm (PG)
Date: 2012-06-27 02:25 am (UTC)She smiles faintly as she looks up. “I’m still alive,” she says, but her lips are a little blue around the edges. “Just, you know. Tired and hungry like everyone else.”
“Yeah.” Lee sits down heavily next to her. He can feel the weight of exhaustion in his own limbs, and has to think to tilt his head toward her. As he watches, Kara scratches at her speckled radiation badge. “Sure you’re okay?”
She gives him something like a nod. “I’m not going to let radiation sickness get me before we figure this whole complicated mess out, Lee.”
He can see from her sudden look of alarm that it was meant to be a joke, but it didn’t sound that way to him any more than to her. It sounded like a promise. He nods. “You’d better not.”
“Starbuck?” Chief calls from the other side of the Viper, “you finish your walk through?”
Lee leaps to his feet, pulling her up after him. They circle the Viper as professionally as ever, Kara mumbling something about a thruster valve, but Lee isn’t listening. They both know that out there they’re at the mercy of the universe. Just before they come into view of the Chief, he grabs Kara’s shoulder, spins her and kisses her. Time stops for one long moment as Kara presses into his arms - kisses him back - like he’s been longing for for months, for years.
Then it’s over, but she’s smiling shyly at him, whispering another promise. “Find me when we land.” And he’s nodding, because they’re both going to make it through the storm.
