I Never...
Dec. 9th, 2011 09:09 am

A group of pilots, including Kara and Lee are playing the drinking game "I Never". The basic concept of the game is that one player offers a true statement about themselves. If another player HAS DONE the true statement, he or she must drink. Details and example below.
How to Play:
1. Leave a TRUE statement by a BSG character playing the game.
2. Show how one or both of the pilots respond. If either has actually done the true statement, he or she has to drink. It can be dialogue or a description of his or her response. Other characters may also play.
3. As always, feel free to write fic to illustrate but don't answer your own true statement!
Example:
Kara: I never ditched my pregnant girlfriend.
Lee glares at Kara and downs the rest of his drink.
Questions: Ask as a reply to the first comment. I'll leave a few statements to get us started.

Date: 2011-12-09 06:19 pm (UTC)"What?" she snaps, and Kat thanks the gods the Admiral scheduled that dance for tomorrow tonight, because Starbuck is seriously spoiling for a fight right now.
Then her eyes lock on Lee's. She crosses her arms and quirks an eyebrow, just staring him down.
They don't talk anymore; hell, they don't even bother to be in the same room anymore if they can help it--at least not since New Caprica--but he's at sitting across from her tonight and all that anger and hostility is just coming off him in waves. They hold each other's stare for a long, long time, until the tension feels like a palpable knot Kat swears temp in the rec room has gone up a few degrees.
Kara's confession is pretty obvious, and it's not anything they haven't already speculated dozens of times before, but it's still pretty heady to have it out there in the open like that.
What no one sees coming is the response.
Apollo never breaks eye contact, never even flinches. He just picks up his drink and downs it too.
Kat drops her glass.

"I'm still holding out for mine." He dropped the glass gently back onto the table.
