In celebration of Jamie Bamber's birthday, offer your thoughts on JB's portrayal of one half of our favorite TV couple. Give me all your thoughts (shallow or deep) or illustrate with photo evidence.
Well at least there are your own eyes that are killing you not somebody else, like my boss for example when she's not going to get the expected report in the morning :)
btw, you did managed to make me loose the last piece of concentration that i was still holding :) (I thank you for that but please don't tell anybody)
The gray suit keeps distracting me. I have to keep coming back and looking for it. And then, then I have to scroll down to the one where Jamie's chewing on his finger. guh. guh. Killing me, guh.
He did an excellent job playing a conflicted character. He always wanted to do the right thing, although he's not often sure what that is.
While Kara's life was difficult and better chronicled, Lee's life wasn't much easier. Both were damaged due to their experiences. While he could handle anything thrown at him in the line of duty, his personal life was a different story.
Who can forgot the look of anguish on Lee's face the day after in UB? His joy in HTBIM? His impassioned speech on the stand in Crossroads?
In a show where dialogue was at a premium, Jamie was able to express the emotions in a scene by just a look. Whether it was anger, jealousy, happiness or sadness, he did a good job leaving little debate over what he was feeling at any one time.
Jamie Bamber did an amazing job playing a difficult character. :)
