DPP Interlude - RPG Update

I'm doing this separate and a little early so that more people see it!  We have a few new cast members but still no Adama or Roslin *saddest face in the world*  So I'm asking if someone who knows they will be around on Friday would like to take the Mom or Dad challenge!  Poor Leland has no parents...I already sense the emo tears and breakdown coming.  [Poll #1648520]Thanks y'all!

PREVIEW:  Coming Thursday....the jumping off point for our game and posting rules!   Friday it's GAME ON!  

ETA:  It was just brought to my attention that I have been mucking up my DPP posts.  I didn't realize it was setting it to members only!  Sorry to all the lurkers/watchers out there who may have been wondering where the posts were.  I went back and set Monday and Tuesday's DPP's back to public status so go back, check them out and join in the fun!  Sorry for the inconvenience!

I know! Just look at the toasters! all those brothers and sisters, but no one (besides Ellen and Saul) to call Mommy and Daddy. Just look at how damaged little Cavil is now. Poor old man.

I KNOW! Poor Cavil. His parents disappeared before he could get over that pesky little Oedipus complex. If only someone had been there to instill castration anxiety into his circuitry. Then he wouldn't be dealing with so many issues.

Not to mention the whole repeated Oedipus moment with Ellen on New Caprica. (Cavil is just a pervy dirty old man to me - but what can we say there???)

Well, Cavil was never able to move past his desire for his mother (Ellen) because his father (Saul) left before he could understand that daddy dearest was stronger and could cut his dick off. Consequently, he still had an Oedipus complex and experienced lust. And on New Caprica he was able to get rid of daddy and get with mommy.

*shrugs* It happens.
