Let's get right down to it, shippers. No eyefrakking, no sweet hugs, or affectionate touching. It's all about the grabby, clingy groping between our pilots. I may be crazy, but I like it when they are punching each other amongst the frakking. The physical contact, even when sparring, just sets off sparks. K/L are explosive and I seem to like the frak or fight option best when they're done simultaneously.

Thus, while Eugie was staring at the first clip, I was staring at the second one. :P

UBEx is the same way for me. Of course I love the New Caprica "shouting their love to the sky" like any good shipper loves it. I love the "make-up sex" in the form of the dance and the collapsing afterward on the mat together at least as much though.

For me, the physicality is an outward demonstration of the emotional investment Kara and Lee put into their relationship. Thus, whether frakking or fighting, they are revealing their passion and devotion for each other.

I'm gonna shamelessly pimp myself here: Chapter 11 of Echoes (http://jeneviverose.livejournal.com/17310.html) The whole middle part of it. If you don't want to read the other 10 chapters, It's an AU that pretty closely follows the show. Some things happen sooner, some later, some not at all, and some stuff is my own mental rambling. I start at New Caprica, with the idea that Kara decided to give her and Lee a chance to be together. Angst and misery follow, but ultimately they end up together on the other side of New Caprica, and she gets oops-pregnant. They've decided to keep the baby, and have told the Admiral who handled it rather gracelessly.
