Hey! I was here to snerch links for karaleefic but many are not working. For some reason, the first five links contain a bunch of extra characters. Just an FYI. IDK what in the world LJ was thinking. LOL. :)

Oh... this is probably google docs' fault. It has a tendency to add in html to make things you type into links for you, and I bet it added extra code.

Actually, though, having tried that, all the code I'm putting in looks right, so maybe it is LJ.

It might be the "smart quotes" which are angled quotes used around usernames (instead of the straight ascii quotes LJ uses). I have trouble with those when I copy/paste from Word. I usually leave the quotation marks off and add them in manually in the LJ window. See if replacing those helps.
